Will You Carry the Standard Alone?
It is easy to move when everyone around me is moving.
It is harder when the room is quiet. When nobody is checking. When I feel like I am carrying the standard alone.
I have had training sessions where there was no crowd, no encouragement and no excitement. Just the weight in front of me and the promise I had made before God.
In those moments, I have to ask myself: "Do I need attention to remain disciplined?"
This week, the Circle logged 64,000 steps and 44,415 kg of training volume through one active operator.
One operator. Still moving. Still lifting. Still keeping the promise.
That matters.
Not because numbers make us worthy. Not because we must compete for recognition. But because consistency reveals what we truly value.
This body is an Amanah/Trust from God. My discipline cannot depend entirely on who joins me, praises me or notices me.
Allah tells us:
"And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives."
The work is seen by God even when it is unseen by people.
Jesus (Isa [AS]) also taught that what is done in secret is seen by our Father.
That should change how I operate.
